Information accessed

When you choose to create a task from a Gmail message, Task Tracker Companion accesses only the Gmail subject, the Gmail message or thread URL, and the message or thread ID where available.

Information not collected

The extension does not collect or store the sender, email body, attachments, or general browsing history. It does not perform inbox synchronization or background browsing.

Use and sharing

The subject, Gmail URL, and message or thread ID are used solely to create a task in Priority Tracker and provide a link back to the original Gmail message or thread. This information is transmitted to Priority Tracker only for that task-creation purpose.

We do not sell this information, use it for advertising, or use it for unrelated purposes.

Security

Information sent from the extension to Priority Tracker is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to Priority Tracker remains subject to the tracker’s authentication and permissions.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use

Task Tracker Companion’s use of Gmail data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Gmail data is used only to provide the user-facing task-creation feature described above and is not transferred, sold, or used for advertising or unrelated purposes.
